Zhang Lei Kao

Also known as "The Pile Killer", Zhang Lei Kao is the oldest of those working alongside Mitaki Onezaki, Jinnai Shogo and Sei in the Special Zone and is the president of the Order Coffin Company. A former vampire hunter, he directly works with the Suppression Team in assigning their sorties against the Kowloon Children. Even though he is of an advanced age, he is still capable of killing a vampire by throwing a huge stake at them.
